LE GÎTE DU BOIS JOLY**

André and Agnès welcome you to their charming gîte (deux “épis” and approved “Gîte de pêche”) located in the heart of the Champagne plain, between Anglure and Romilly sur Seine, 20km from Sézanne. Bagneux is a welcoming and green village surrounded by woods and rivers, the Aube and the Seine.

It is an old bakery that they have restored and transformed keeping its character.

On the ground floor: a fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle), a spacious living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet .

Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed, a large bedroom with two single beds, a child’s bed and a cot, finally a small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

You may also find these additional equipment in the accommodation: hair dryer, dryer, baby chair, baby bath.

On site, enjoy the garden, with its barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a table tennis table.

The little extra: A private pond for fishing on site!

Near the accommodation, you will have the possibility to go hiking, cycling on the vélo-route of the Canal de la Haute Seine (3km from the gîte), fishing *, or even indoor golf.
