Lionel Lizon is a passionate heliciculturist (snail farming).

He will make you discover his snail culinary specialties: in shell, in court-bouillon, in croquille, on toast … you will be delighted!

Lionel takes care of all phases of the work: reproduction, breeding, processing until the preparation of can and the sale of his delicious product!

Farm products: Snails in court-bouillon, in Burgundy-style shell, aperitif products (in jars and frozen): variation of “escargotine” and “croquilles” in different flavors. You will be surprised to discover all the snail-based recipes and specialties to savor! A treat for al !

Other places of sale: Local producers’ store: La Ferme du Center in CHALONS EN CHAMPAGNE; present at the Chalons-en-Champagne Fair at the end of August and beginning of September; au Panier de Sidonie in ROMILLY SUR SEINE; au Gaec Rabot in SAINT LOUP; au Verger de l’Arly in SAUDOY.
