Between the Seine, the Champagne plain and a forest of hundred-year-old oaks, in the heart of ancient medieval Champagne, the Collet family has been perpetuating its knowledge for nine generations. Created in 1973, the domaine extends over 6.5 hectares, where old vines of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reveal all the richness and diversity of a great Champagne terroir, combining white chalk soils and brown soils rich in flint.

Committed to organic viticulture and sous-bois vinification, Florent and Thomas Collet produce muscular, sun-drenched champagnes marked by their terroir.
