Château de Pierry

description

Built around 1734 by Monsignor Claude Antoine De Choiseul-Beaupré, Bishop Count of Châlons and Peer of France, this wine-growing property has a history linked to the birth of champagne. During the visit, you have access to the entire property. You walk through the reception rooms in the main body of the Château, you cross the large English garden, and discover the outbuildings, the gallery of the Kings of France and the champagne dynasties, the Champagne attic, the press museum with its vault from the time of the monks.
