Located in the town of Allemant, the Lucien Aveline Champagne is a small vineyard which overlooks the vineyards of Coteaux Sézannais, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015.
The chalky subsoil and the very diverse soils per municipality, ranging from sand to clay, including silt and limestone, are major assets for the cultivation of vines.
