Richomme Champagne is a wine-growing holder located in the vineyard surrounding Barbonne-Fayel since 1945. This vineyards located in the Coteaux Sézannais AOC Champagne area plays a great part of the uniqueness of their champagne. Christophe, Florence and Laurent run the family business with the passion of their land.
Curious about the influence of the type of container on the wine, they experiment by vinifying in stainless steel vats, oak barrels and terracotta jars.
THEIR COMMITMENT
In order to preserve the precious ecosystem of its vines, Champagne G. Richomme pays special attention to use practices more environmentally friendly. Grassing between vines, no insecticides, care of the vines in accordance with the specifications for Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) are some examples of the concrete actions implemented.
