Located in the center of the Coteaux Sézannais, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015, the Champagne Guyot is a family wine-growing holding since the 1960s.
The vines cultivated on their vineyards, which are located in Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy, are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. They are committed to farm each of their vines with respect for the tradition and the environment.
All the stages of vinification and handling are carried out within their own wine cellars and fermenting rooms, and they elaborate their wines based on the balance of fruity and finesse.
