Patrice Fourmi’s cuisine, both traditional and innovative, represents a fine combination of local produce and flavours to be eaten with the great wines from their generous wine list.

On the menu, amongst other specialities: filet of goatfish with Ratafia, coquille Saint Jacques with leek fondue or fruit gratin with Champagne sabayon.
